Construction Site Building Aerial Photography

Building Aerial photography of construction sites can show every stage of a development from planning, foundations, building topping out through to completion.  There is no better way of getting an overview progression of a construction site that by using aerial pictures.

I am CAA approved and have over 25 years construction experience.  I work with my construction clients to really understand their requirements and how they wish to use the aerial photography.

Flying drones (UAV’s) is a very cost effective way of recording progress and issues on a construction site,  all the way through to the production of “as built” and hand over documentation.

I see the applications where aerial photography drones (UAV’s) can be used cost effectively in the construction industry, growing enormously in the next three years.

Commercial Property Aerial Photography

My commercial property building aerial photography can easily show the complete picture – car parks, land boundaries, road access and will give potential purchasers a clear insight and overview, setting my client’s property marketing ahead of other competing commercial agents.

For planning applications or prior to construction, property developers are using drones for photography and videos to show the proposed view from different floors or the 360 degree aerial panorama of the site.

Building Inspection and Surveys

I specialise in high-level aerial building surveys and inspections on tower, chimney structures and roofing using radio controlled quadcopter drones (UAV’s).

I do work for property owners, leasehold tenants, chartered surveyors, consultants, local councils and religious organisations. My client’s projects include listed buildings, retail parks, churches, industrial sites, wind turbines, solar farms, towers and landmark buildings.

This is very useful if the roof or structure is unsound or has difficult or complex access. I can do high level aerial surveys from ground level to 400ft.
